AT&T alert issues
Saw the memo about changing the text message address for pairing alerts, so I changed them. Curiously, the instructions were to change the address to your number , ie [email protected]. ( instead of @sms.att.net.) Now there is a good 20 to 30 minute delay for alerts, including test messages. Anyone having this issue.

Been having issues since day one. First th problem was with Crew Compainion . Spent hours in the phone with ATT with the worst service from those clowns. No progress .
At this point texts from CCS were working fine .
Than CC changed the source of which their alerts come from . Which fixed the issue. Hnage the email source and network .
Now CCS is having issues and like said from above , I’m getting alerts hours later as I have both CCS and CC alerts set up cause I don’t trust either one . And it’s crazy how far apart I get these alerts . The system is a total joke right now . To those thinking their system is working right , it’s hard tk saycause you don’t really know what your missing .
To the high credit guys , it’s crazy how much this BS has caused . Of course you explain that to ATt and they don’t get it . I got them to credit 50
Dollars on my account . Joke
Would leave and go to another provider but we have fairly new phones all in a 6 person family plan . So we ll see .
