Good riddance.
It was a BANNER! Hardly a corporate secret. Maybe the mind numb person that ordered the BANNER should be disciplined. They should be happy that people are reading their banners.

Banners?! We still use banners in presentations? They’re made out of paper products.

An electronic projection would have done the job nicely. They also don’t photograph as well...and.... can’t be leaked by the printing business drones.

Hopefully Not Larry will take full responsibility for allowing this up in the SFO CPO. In reality the new girl behind the front desk will probably take the fall for this.

It said on the banner it was for internal use only. Anyone not being aware enough of the pitfalls of sharing that on social media should be whacked. Pilots like to moan about not being told all the information or that they know who is buying what ticket wise. The company puts up banners with the obvious disclaimer it was for internal use and some knob has to get it into the social media ASAP. This is why we can’t have nice things.

What better tool for our competitors to take that information and negotiate those corporations away from us. So when the second PVG goes away and other flying dries up, I only hope the moron that posted this photo gets whacked or displaced to 737 reserve in EWR when SFO shrinks.

Allowing this? Come on, are you going to blame him for your bum rash because the TP isn’t soft enough? It says on the banner it was for internal use only. Maybe he baited the SFO Pilots because he knows they aren’t capable of following rules. He can execute one when they pull the image data. I’m sure Apple would be glad to assist in finding the device and the person that posted that banner.

Ok, now you have Delta's secret plan..... open another west coast hub in SFO and offer twice a day PVG direct flights and offer Apple a steal at $148 Million.

What this info really reveals is why an Iphone is so darned expensive!

UAL is firmly in place to dominate the SFO international traffic and this info really just mostly serves to embarrass some clients with how they spent on travel. Sorta like when I show my wife at the end of the year the amount of money that she spent at Starbucks.... embarrassing.

Unfortunately, in a company this size, this outcome should have been expected. The first time I saw the banners, I wondered how long it would take until they leaked out to the public. Frankly, this was longer than I expected.

This was dumb on two counts.
1) The brain dead person who decided it would be a good idea to make and place banners with confidential company information in SFO flight ops.
2) The knob that took the photo and posted it on twitter.

Both should be terminated for gross incompetence.

Very likely. But other airlines don't make banners out of the information and have an employee post sensitive information on social media.

So yes, we're dumber than the competition.
