Profit sharing 2018

You’re right. We have more lol. Only top rate plane DAL has is the 777. So to compare apples to apples
DAL 777-18
UAL 777-92
I know they think it’s some big deal that Double Augments are 2CA 2FO and our DA under 16 are 1CA 3FO, but that’s peanuts.
We also have 39-787 and a few 767-400s that pay higher than theirs.
But yeah they get higher profit sharing. I’ll keep the planes. Our pilots get paid even when profits are down.

You may be referring to once you have ALV(Average line value for the month) + 15 hours, you cannot pickup any more straight time from the company's open time, you can only pick up Green Slips( 2x pay) and pickups/trades from other pilots directly via a pilot swap board.
This limits some pilots from becoming straight time hogs.....

That is because they are either German or US made for the 321. That makes them way more better then the French version of Guppy ass kicker.

We have flexibility to drop now to 50 hrs or to make 110plus hours of credit. If your suggesting adding artificial caps and barriers to just put more bodies on the property, that hurts the companies productivity and takes money out of our pockets. It’s not the 1970s any more. Earn if you want, don’t if you don’t.
