Wind check?
You haven't seen Glycol inside until you've flown the Shorts. After the first incident, I'd cut head and arm holes in a large trash bag and don that until after the first few thousand feet of climb. Fluid would land right in your lap at rotation.

I’ve heard a lot about the quick MD80 captains at Delta.

Any Delta pilots want to chime in with the junior Delta captain hire dates and base for the 737 and A320?

Did TWICE a couple of years ago, I’ll consider it shocking
It used to be the rule that you couldn’t check out as Captain at UAL until you have flown as FO for 2 years. Is that still the rule?

Minimum of 500 flight hours at UAL I believe.

I believe majority of these were awarded back in the May 2017 AE.

ATL 717: 10/14

NYC 320: 4/15

NYC 737: 01/15

NYC 717: 02/16

LAX 737: 8/14

Back farther. The 88 category twice awarded AE’s in NYC and ATL WITH less than a year on property

If UAL had the big RJ/717 then they would also, if the E2’s come it’ll be less than a year for left seat CA. That was a fluke due to the 88 leaving and hasn’t happened lately.....
