The way I read it is for every 76 seater added they have to park 5 50 seaters with the amount of 50 seaters we have right now.
For each 76-Seat Aircraft added to United Express Flying above 153, remove from United Express Flying a number of 50-Seat Aircraft no less than X, with the resulting number of 50-Seat Aircraft to be removed, rounded to the closest integer.
Example 2: If the number of 50-Seat Aircraft in United Express Flying is 488, then FSFC- 125 equals 363; when 363 is divided by seventy (70), then X = 5.19.
That the way I read it if they go to max 76 seaters with a NSNB order.
So best case for parking 50 seaters is they get 70 additional 76 seaters but they have to park 350 50 seaters.

I can’t post the chart in a proper format via my phone, but here is the section

If UAX adds the additional 70 UAX 76 Seaters then UAX would be limited to 125 50 Seaters and 325 70/76 Seaters for a total of 450 UAX aircraft. Kirby's business plan requires more small market spokes on United's numerous hubs. He knows he can't park those 50 Seaters which is why he hasn't added any of the additional 70 76 Seaters.

A B-scale is better than the z-scale the regionals have now... Get it here and work on the rates. The regionals have zero leverage.

And when mainline foots the bill for training, they are more likely to allow someone to continue to receive more sims. The record I saw was between 30 and 40 sims for a new hire.

Any definite word on what simulators are going into the new sim building? If all of the bays are spoken for and there's no room for an NSNB, I think that answers the question short term on whether or not the company will buy NSNBs.

We have to be getting pretty close the break even point with all the duplicate overhead spread across all the express carriers. The pay has nearly doubled over the last few years including bonuses.

Low pay rates are not a B-scale. A B-scale is lower pay and/or benefits for a subgroup than another of one pilot group for the same job. That said we need to hold the line on scope.
