It is indeed a painful waiting period for us all! To me, the most frustrating part is the lack of communication. It would feel so good to receive a single paragraph stating whether we still hold a chance to get the call or not. I never thought the awesome feeling of been part of an elite group (Hiring Expo attendee) would aggravate the long waiting period. Four months may not sound a lot, but man, checking the email everyday in hope of a shot is painful! Just a thought from someone who really wants to join this awesome airline.

Not sure how many from the Sept. job expo had received a call by now but just based on the level of activity on this msg. board, which is not whole, I'd make the assumption that those who haven't received the Hogan by now may not receive it at all.
Sorry for sounding a bit defeatist but I rememberer our group being told that we were the 'top applicants' yet I see several people (all very qualified and deserving) get called without having attended a single job fair. It's probably my fault. I might've either misinterpreted the intended message at the job expo or maybe I didn't leave a good enough impression (though I can't recall saying anything negative) as I was exuberant in simply being there.
Hope we see some more Hogans soon because this is very trying for many of us.

At the job fair on Wednesday Susan said we were the interview pool through Q1 2019. That covers up until the end of March. I kept updating my times, as well as doing anything else I could to increase my score. I got another internal rec, and cleaned up my app (again.) in other words, I kept showing them that I was chasing the job. I got the hogan a coupe weeks ago. YMMV

I think I heard of another event taking place this year.
