Generally a lot of extremes are not great ideas in any personality tests- including the MMPI if you ever interview at delta as well. Staying more in the middle with agree or disagree is a better idea unless there you truly strongly agree or disagree.
Just be honest and answer with gut feeling. The test is looking for consistency so don’t answer how you think they want you to. Answer for you. That said, a lot of personality tests will suggest that lots of strongly agree or disagree answers indicates an opinionated person who may not be open to hearing criticism.

Haha I broke all those rules, I went slow, then went over it again, changed a bunch of answers, and passed. Who knows what would have happened if I had not. Just do what what makes you feel most comfortable.

The thing to remember is UAL is stressing now to BE YOURSELF. Not what a prep company says you should be. I had 3 friends who went through the process last year and not one of them used a prep company. Crazy? Maybe but UAL must have seen they were being themselves.
