Example, I was on SC today for 2ish hours, they called to release me and put me back on SC the next day. Can you commute based on rolling SC? Idk, let you know as I experience it more.
They built more SC lines, in my base, tomorrow then they have reserves available. Got to make sure they got everyone!
I suspect I will never see 1000L release on last day of long call going into HDO.
YMMV

Be advised when guys are saying the get 18-21 “days off” in slow months they really mean that they were on call for 18 days, had 13 days off and didn’t get called on a few of those days.
But those weren’t “off” days. An off day is where you aren’t required to answer your phone.

Summer schedule looks like 4 flights using the 787: LHR FRA NRT and IAD. IAD has a 787 Base and the rest of the cities can be staffed with W pairings. It just depends on the commitment United is willing to make to the routes being full year and that airplane sticking on those routes. Right now, LHR is seasonal and could probably be served using a 763. NRT could go 777 like HNL. A lot of options for UA fleet utilization. If they decide to stick with the 787 in Denver, you might see something. I wouldn't take this announcement to the bank though.
