Default Sick policy

Hey all, I know if you’re sick, you’re sick, but what’s the unofficial policy regarding sick leave? A better way to ask, how many times can you call in sick in a rolling 12 months before you get a call from someone? At my last gig once you hit 4 in a rolling 12 you’d hear something. Obviously you can’t fly sick so it’s a moot point, I’m just curious what triggers one being put on the radar. Thanks

5. I just got my call. He left a message when he knew I was flying. The message lead off with...”no need to call me back”.

No worries at all unless you are obviously abusing the system or very unreliable, I was sick on Christmas one year, actually sick, got a call a week later and he started off with I’m sorry I had to call, we’re you sick on Christmas, me “yes” him, “have a great day we appreciate your hard work throught the year”. You can also send proactively a doctors note if you wish, but that’s extra credit!

If you're sick, please do not come to work. Do not to send in a doctor's note unless requested. There is no extra credit.

Am I correct in that a sick call on two trips back to back only counts as 1 sick event?
