So it looks like the new dates will just cover the vacancies from the last vacancy bid. I hope to see another vacancy bid soon, generating more classes for the fall.

What’s the timeline for filling unfilled vacancies? Isn’t it 90 days from the close of the bid?

Glad to see more peeps coming in, hope y’all like NYC or SFO!

The 6/4 class is a returnee class....

The 6/5 class is a New Hire class - and yes, there are 30 NH's planned in the class (40 total)

Very excited about this news! Bay area native here, bring on SFO! Just another regional hopeful at this point though

And just like that I’m back to searching my email inboxes every 5 minutes for “hogan.”

That is painful, it's even more painful waiting for the results after you take it. Good luck getting the invite!

Vacancies that aren't "filled" within three months of the vacancy award are cancelled (8-F-3-d)

The results for the last Vacancy Bid were published on May 7th, so those can be used for the June, July or Aug classes listed. A new Vacancy bid with more "unfilled" vacancies will be required for anybody in the September or October classes.

I don't believe this will be an issue at all, as I expect vacancy bids to be coming out every month for the Fall/Winter training they have planned. Hopefully that will start right after the LAX 777 displacement closes, but certainly by July at the latest.

Certainly the folks in the first June class will be on the property for bidding purposes for the next vacancy bid, and maybe even the later June or early July folks. That should allow the folks in those classes a good opportunity to "lateral" out of their assigned base very quickly.

As an example. Bids closed on the same day I was awarded my aircraft (day 2) and I had a new domicile awarded by Friday of my first week.
