No, they did the opposite - it went to 89 hrs WB and 95 hrs NB max on line construction. The latest contract has limitations on building lines with pilots on furlough:

5-B-1-a-(1) When any Pilot is on Involuntary Furlough, the LPA for a Category shall be no
less than seventy-four (74) Line Credit hours and no greater than eighty-two (82) Line
Credit hours, set to the nearest minute.

That doesn't preclude anyone from picking up open time but it's discouraged.

Wow more credit while on furlough . Loooks like they didn't need to furlough as many as the year needed .
