This 12 year guy would just like to get off reserve as a NB CA!

And with 20 years and 8 months seniority. I STILL can not get any Capt bid on anything in DEN.

1 more and it gets delivered tomorrow or the day after. The other three of the final 4 773s were already delivered.

Correction...last one doesn't come for another few months.

LOL.. thought that too until I looked at names and realized that numbers on the snap shot didn't match numbers on the Apr Staffing.

JYost was the bottom of the ISL.
JHinkle shows as bottom Capt on SnapShot.
Both Legacy, 37 numbers in between.

I don't believe Rick K (hired in 11/2012) will be holding Captain in 2019 unless of course we get those new E2's. Just my Opinion.
Of course.. if he does.. he will have made Capt in 6 years~

Small correction to your earlier post. We already took delivery of 4 of the 7 787’s this year. I agree though things are looking good. If CA bids go another 150 #’s more junior than the snapshot we will have our 5 year upgrades.

Crap. My bad. I should have read the graph on United.com closer. it was 'updated' on April 17, but was based on year end 2017 vs year end 2018. I mistakenly assumed that it was based on end of first quarter 2018 to end of year. http://ir.united.com/~/media/Files/U...update-pdf.pdf

So yes, we've already taken delivery on most of those widebodies. Darn it.

That would have an interesting domino effect on SFO 787 FO, as there are 7 SFO 787 FOs in the last 1000#s on the LAX list. In turn, that would eliminate 7 SFO 787 FO vacancies.

I'm also wondering how much more senior SFO 320 and 737 CA will get in the final.

No one is making any claims that a bottom of the list CA would have good QOL, their first choice of domicile, or be above the G line- only discussing where that number might fall. Many will delay the upgrade, and for good reason, but to those for whom it works, having the option is a good thing.

There are thousands of FOs who could hold CA somewhere if it became economically feasible
