We're stupid.
Overhead bins are not a fundamental constitutional protection. Passing gun laws that SCOTUS is obviously going to toss out is a waste of time.

Stay in your lane, Drifty.

If you wanna debate gun laws then start another thread. Or better, schedule a debate with your congressman at the Capitol - or inside the Supreme Court building - and make sure you bring a gun, to prove SCOTUS has your back on your interpretation of "...shall not be infringed." I'll be the guy reciting "well-regulated" during your perp walk.

You sound triggered. You didn't seem to have a problem with the ridiculous post he was responding to.

That "clicking" sound? Nah...it's the sound of my eyes rolling.

I didn't have a problem with the comments earlier in the thread that were clearly meant to be funny.

His was the last, unfunny, and the furthest afield. Connecting a dog placed in an overhead bin to a "constitutional rights" issue is lame.

Just heard that we chartered a private jet to get scruffy back from Japan... Not confirmed.

Just pointing out why gun control is harder than bin control, Skippy. Not advocating one way or the other on that here.

Didn't mean to trigger anybody, sorry about that.

I wasn't trying to be political, I was discussing the practical application of government mechanisms. But I'm old school, and have poor SA on this whole "triggering" thing, so I probably inadvertently crossed some line.
