Suuuuuuuuure we will.

What imbecile negotiated these ridiculously low rates in the first place?
Since these payrates were in the extension shouldn’t they fall under the Delta me-too clause?

Excellent point but I'm sure it only applied to aircraft currently on the property at the time of the extension. Be worth an inquiry to our esteemed negotiators though.

How awesome would that be?

Nobody forced you to vote Yes and a simple No vote with some much needed draconian changes would have rectified that in due time.

As a PS, wasn't it the previous L-UAL CBA that brought the 70 seat aircraft to our regional fleet? Hmmm.....

Next time you are in the terminal of your favorite domicile, look out the window and remember that every rj you see is someone working at a much lower rate than our guppy pilots.

If the company insists that there is a mission for the plane at United then fine, lets fly it with mainline pilots

These planes are much more comfortable that the dinky jets they will replace ... And more so than some of the guppy seats.

Scottie, if you gotta have these, fine; Mainline.

Actually the CS 300/319/737-700 pay rates are the same as they are comparable aircraft. We have gone over this before with you. The CS-100 is a smaller airplane and understandably pays less. I guess you think these should be flown by SkyWest.

I did vote no. Was very happy with the status quo. But you know 7,600 is more than 4,700 so I both think we knew how the contract was going to turn out.

Uh, no. The CS-100 rates are pathetic and the seating configuration on the 737-700/A319 vs the 110 seat CS-100 does not warrant a $50+/hour pay difference.

Did you go over that fact before or perhaps you enjoy being woefully underpaid?

Apologies then as I too voted no.

Your priorities are dubious. The important thing is that if United buys the C-series it doesn’t say Express on the side. We got those sub par CS-100 rates when the possibility of taking delivery of it was years away. I agree with you our pay and hiring/upgrade numbers would have looked a lot better if we had taken the 65 737-700’s but that ship has sailed. Yeah we need better rates for the C-series but I’m not going to pout and stomp my feet at the thought of us getting the C-series. I’m just going to advocate we get the rates up for them. I’d love to know what you think we should be paid to fly the CS-100 here and even the 175-E2 but that would be negotiating in public. My guess is our numbers would be about the same.
