Spoiled meal claim:

Must contain a statement describing how the meal was deemed potentially spoiled (e.g., "Meal was warm to the touch")

Must be accompanied by a picture of the meal in the galley cart demonstrating that the Thermal Cooler bag was not properly utilized

Really.

All you need is one picture from a galley cart, keep reusing it and share to everyone LOL

Same as at home. If in doubt throw it out. Not worth getting food poisoning ever. Testing it? Photos? If we’re doing that there’s a doubt.

Yes... if in doubt, get a photo, document it, submit it.
Is it that hard to do?

It's one MORE thing. That's the issue. Every year, one more thing, or in some years two or three. How many hoops do we have to jump through to ensure that they comply with the contract? How many hoops next year? They get to promulgate all the BS they want and we're supposed to just lap it up. Their goal is to make the process so onerous that guys won't comply with it. APC225 gets it. Perhaps you do not.

I've got an Andy Jackson that says their non-payroll pilot expenses have been drastically cut since uSource showed up. They keep the pressure up and guys just say Effit and eat the expense. What are we going to sell on the cheap this time around?

Next year I'll probably have to provide a stool sample of the guy who issues me my passport.

It's a steady drip of BS.

Everything I have ever expensed has been approved. Dry cleaning, WiFi and Crew meal F-ups, it’s all been approved (and it’s been a lot).

You can get an instant meat thermometer off amazon for a few bucks. Should be in any serious cooks tool box to begin with. Food above 42 degrees, toss it. Not that I’m making excuses that we should have to go to that level, but if you wanted to stack the deck in your favor....
