Wow, totally underwhelmed regarding sick leave changes.

Why?
Because we do a terrible job airing our dirty laundry and negotiating in public...nothing against you guys.

I think we all need to be proud of our positions and more than anything:

Support your negotiating committee 100%.

The Delta and American pilots open next year and I am very happy the United pilots are on the tip of the speer. A rich history of leading the pilot profession.

This is our time.

[QUOTE=cal73;2545359]Sorry I thought you guys were UA.

No real specifics.
Improve this n that.
I’d list them out but I would be tarred, feathered and run out of town on a rail.

Thank you

Agreed... sick leave accrual is pathetic compared to DAL
Not sure why everyone is so complacent about it.... When you need it you will wish it was there...

Well that new incentive program was going to fix everyone’s immune system, but since that’s now on hold maybe they will upgrade the sick leave? I sure like what my friends tell me about Deltas system.

We won’t have anything to vote on for years. Carry on. Nothing to see here.
