The loss of a few hundred dollars per quarter is not what the majority of people are upset about.

I would think that the big prizes wont be random at all, somebodys pet favorite people will win.
I think what I'm most upset about is the fact that we broke all records, operating in a tough wx year, with other outside negative influences and our reward is a reduced bonus program. That's just bad leadership.

Scott Kirby's motto:

"I ignore important problems, and spend my time fixing things that aren't broken"

I was thinking something similar. Aside from the PR blunders, it has been a significant operational turnaround...the reward?

you guys need to read the failed JV LOA dubbed as "furlough reduction LOA" that the CAL NC tried to pass (sneak by) the MEC.

Beware....history repeats itself.

I fly for Delta. After having worked for several particularly bad CEO’s and management teams over the years I can say Kirby is in that category. Nothing shows how he feels about employees better than taking away their incentive pay and replacing it with a BS lottery. We have a similar program here and while it’s chump change to us it’s a lot of money and really means something to a lot of other people. If people want a lottery they’ll buy Powerball tickets. But Kirby knows this.
