Right, because no civilian populous could ever resist successfully against the might of the US military with only small arms...except...Afghanistan, Iraq....

Plus, when the US military starts turning its weapons on its own citizens, you are going to lose a massive part of its effectiveness, not to mention public support.

More importantly, the concept of the RKBA being a check against tyranny doesn't rely on the chances for success or failure of an armed rebellion to be valid. The concept is the concept, and you don't have to believe in it for it to exist.

Not to change the subject - it’s still about the killing of our kids - on FOX this morning there was a right-wing preacher comparing/equating Trump to Billy Graham.

When will the Jack Booted, show me you papers militia arrive?

Well that was an excellent comeback, good pivot/deflection.

Jack boots are long gone (as are the swords from which they protected a cavalryman’s legs), and have been replaced by Reeboks.
Soon all papers will go too, and officials will just scan your implanted chip. Oh, you didn’t know you have one?

We should talk about religion. This politics stuff is way too boring.

Ok-Jerry Falwell Jr. I guess his daddy didn’t teach him the first rule of being a religious leader.

1. Take the money and maintain a low profile.

No, I didn’t change the subject - that’s what I said “not to change the subject”.

Abortion may not be a good answer for birth control but there are times when it’s probably better for the unborn and it’s the mothers body and her decision should prevail. Chalky old men be they government or religious leaders should have no say in the mothers choose.

We should castrate child molesters and rapist but the chalky old men type won't do that because it’s mutilation. Yet, they defend the rapist and force the victim to relive the event every time she sees the kid and the rapist will get out of jail and rape again.
I’d rather yield to the mom and support her decision - she is in a better position to know what better for the kid and herself.
