And AWAC’s has yet to be disclosed but it’s reasonable to assume they get more than Commutair but less than XJT. THEN throw in the ATCA.
Also consider the 10% that is supposedly coming from L-ASA when the Delta CPA finishes.

It’ll be interesting to see if they take it past 50% for CPP make up of pilots added to the list.

AA is already more than 50% flows. I could see United going that direction with the CPP.

I thought it was 50% but haven’t paid attention lately.

For AA? I think it floats right around there, give or take a few percentage points.

The thing is, I believe their agreements specify the amount of pilots coming from each regional flow per month... not a percentage of overall hiring like what United is doing. Therefore, the more AA hires in a year, the smaller percentage of them will be flows. (Unless they choose to increase them.)

That's how I understand it, at least. To anyone more familiar with this, feel free to correct me.

Yeah, AA.

I just thought it was 50% will be made up of flows from all their WO’d.

But I thought I heard PSA just got their % up’d so I don’t know how that factors, etc.

It’s not 50%. Could be more could be less. Basically 400/yr are flows and anything over that is OTS.

Thanks to the OP for the good write up here.
So do all captains get LCA override now since every Bus/Gup captain just became a flight instructor?

And then if they take the first upgrade available the FO's they fly with should get an override as well.
