Even at United a person could be successful with one interviewer and not another. Sometimes it’s luck who is sitting across the table from you.

I believe so. Top of do not fly list for everyone, plus lots of other stuff. Quality United pilot.

I got shot down by UA (my dream airline) a few years back. Tried to play the blame game, but that went nowhere. Focused on making myself better/more experienced/more marketable. Ended up interviewing at 3 other legacies and receiving 3 CJOs, was in class at FDX when UA emailed about interviewing again. Unfortunately I had to turn down the offer. I still fly on United, but in first class as a 1K getting paid to go to work. Keep your head up, everything happens for a reason.
