FSB to satellite airport

Anyone know if it is legit to get assigned a trip departing from a satellite airport while on FSB?

It is, but they need to limo you over there and get you back to the airport you were sitting the FSB at.

Happened to me last week . Ewr FSB ok you have a departure at LGA in 2.5 hours . I was like cool tel them captain I ll be there in 3 hours then need flight prep time to depart...

Then again, I screwed up back in June and went to LGA thinking my live flight (was a DEN trip with a DH back) was out of LGA.
Surprise surprise..
I'm looking for my gate and only then realize I'm operating out of EWR!
So, at 6:49 (for a 6:55 show) I head back to my car!
On the road by 6:55ish. Pulled into Terminal C parking garage at 7:39. And yes, I broke a few speed limits and drove like a (typical?!) BMW Driver

Oh, pushed back one minute late. Captain told me "everything is done, you just need to do the walk around"
