I don't want UA to be the most profitable.
I want to have UA pilots do all the flying and make the most money. If we are the most profitable, we are leaving money on the table.
As long as we are making some money, we will be fine.

Interesting...I am guessing the reason for the question is because people want higher profit sharing checks. Probably disappointed this year. Hurricanes can hit your hubs, when it happens - you lose money.
Profit sharing for ground staff? I hear ground staff talking about profit sharing and putting it on the pilots. Listen folks, We don't run the airline, so don't even engage on that.
Scope relief won't happen, so lets just end this discussion if it involves pilots giving up scope.

Agreed, I can pick up a few trips and make my own profit sharing....
