For now, probably 70%, maybe a tad higher.

XJT CPP accounts for 25%.

AWAC, MESA, and Commutair I can't remember the SPECIFIC language of breakdowns on the per class/per quarter/per year, etc.

She痴 already got herself a grandpa 767 Capt maxing out the payscale at one the Big 5s! 12yr mil pilots are better ROI for Oscar....less pilot turnover (30yr career vs 23 yr like for 20yr retirees). So hire more of us, not that I知 biased or anything!

Late 40's seems to be the high end and late 20's seems to be the low end. Age 36-44 seems to be the middle third these days but every single class is different.

Lately it seems the bottom third is getting their choice of 756 or 756.
