Honest question from an old guy:
Why would anyone who hasn’t started class yet be interested in the current class drops? You already know that there will be a bunch of narrow body slots and, as far as bases are concerned, the company can’t even forecast where they want to put people from one month to the next.
So, just because there were xx seats in (wherever) in August is no indication of where the open seats are for the September class, IMO.
Anyway, I would think that the only class drop that’s relevant is the class you’re in. Of course, back when I started they were only offering sideways seats at Idlewild (just kidding) so we all knew what was coming!

With benefit of recent context and inside information, I agree, they aren't going to be interesting or enlightening.

Hi all, this is my first post here even though I've been a reader for a while.
If the current classes are being awarded all FO slots, does anyone know the current upgrade time? I do understand the 500 hours at company rule before upgrade which I figure would take at least a year to get. Is second year CA a possibility?
