You should plan on taking home min guarantee. Breaking guarantee on reserve is hard. Everyone on all fleets is paid $96 a hour for the fist year. Min guarantee is 73 hours.

You can try to VDO (voluntary days off) to make a little more money while on reserve but I've never had success with it.

I will add that Junior 756 LO is a outlier due to summer flying. I expect that to trend back senior after summer flying decreases.

The catch is that the company does not use VDOs often and they are usually short notice.

You just change any off days that you would be willing to fly to a VDO and scheduling will call if they need you (you get 50% add pay from the first VDO through the end of the trip). You have no obligation to accept any trips they actually offer or even answer/acknowledge the call if you are in an off day. You'll get one of your regular reserve days removed for every VDO day you are used.

-You are narrow body
-In base (or don't care if the trip is front & back end commutable)
-Are willing to bid and move your reserve days to where coverage is poor, i.e. weekends
-Aggressively pick up trips on every reserve day
Whether that QOL is worth it to you is a more important question.
