If you have a CJO, go over to the Half Wingers Facebook page. They have the UPA posted and just about any other document you may need.

As far as I understand new hire classes are done for the summer... Are we still interviewing into a pool? Also how did we end this last hiring bump from the Apr/May pool of 2017... did everyone get called or are there people still waiting (now more than a year)?

Last Spring got cleaned out.

The March class had December interviews.

I am venturing a guess that most of that "cleaning" was done by Delta and American!

The pool is currently being filled again. I know a few people who interviewed in January that are currently swimming in it. Interviews are still happening too, I know someone who has a may 3rd interview scheduled.

Meh, some.

Was it 1 class in Dec, 2 each for Jan-Feb and 1 March? About 30 new hires per class give or take so about 180 brought on.

Combine the amount in the pool as of the fall last year (about 130) plus the CPP's and not that many left the pool. Maybe 10% AT MOST as I can't remember how many swimmers there were throughout the summer.

Accounting for retirements, bar napkin math says we need to hire about 3500 over the next three years to attain the growth goals laid out at the last earning report given the current trip productivity they’re building.

Right. Think I'll happen?

Don't worry, we're hiring 1000 a year for the foreseeable future....

And the latest rumor is 100/month minimum for at least the next 3 years, starting in sep/oct. Perhaps even 150/month if Tk can support.
We’ll know in late July/August if Hogans start going out gangbusters. At that point, there won’t be any other measures left to squeeze the turnip. No drastic hiring, no more growth.
