To each their own.

The Doubletree is nothing to write home about, although it is a short walk to TK... which is nice (does anyone really take the shuttle?). Their restaurant (which was pretty good two years ago) is/was closed. Minimal decent restaurants nearby. The gym is sub-standard. Nothing nearby if you stick around for your days off.

For a 4 week training course, staying at the Sheraton is by far my preferred option.

this mean that the entire class could have gone to 320/737/756 in ewr or sfo?

Last class had 3 757 spots, but all three could go to one base , that’s what the unlimited means next to the base.

To be honest, I don't know. I'm just sharing what was shared with me via an picture, and I don't want to share that picture to protect who it may have came from.

They had must fill positions for each fleet with unlimited/max per base and equipment limitations. Somewhere along the lines of 30 737, 14 320, and 3 757 must fill spots. More than 30 people wanted the 737, so a few were “forced” into the bus, if that makes sense. Unlimited 737 SFO just means that all 30 of the 737 slots could have picked SFO. Hope that’s clear as mud
