Truth! The Airbus 319/320 are a POS. It's a terrible airplane for the pilots, FAs and the pax. Hear the complaints all the time and I'm embarrassed UA keeps them on property. The trips are terrible. All we fly are three and four legs a day, with a lot of redeyes and then layover at crappy airport hotels. UA 737 trips are truly much better...mostly one leg a day trips with beach layovers every night. The Airbus flight deck is a terrible layout, wouldn't wish it on any pilot. Anyone senior to summer 2015 needs to bid Boeing ... "if it's Boeing, I'm not going", right!? Seriously, stay away from Airbus, especially when UA gets the 321 and the 350 on property. Airbus is terrible, such a miserable experience. Stay away, trust me!

Airbus
hydraulic system sounds like a barking dog to the pax
doesn’t climb any better than a rj 200 above 25k feet
fly it long enough and your skills will diminish
did I mention severely underpowered?
But hey , the seat swivels for easy outs

yes it makes noise, oh well. At least it’s not shooting flames visible to the passengers like the 727 APU could.

climbs just fine.

and what skills would those be?

not underpowered at all.

but hey what do I know I’ve only flown it for 13 years vs riding the jumpseat.

Oh thank goodness. And here I thought you didn’t know what you were talking about. Maybe the next time you’re in the jumpseat, you can show the pilots how to swivel the seats.

never said I’ve flown it but I have flown Boeing products in years past .
In addition, every crew that I’ve had the pleasure of jumpseating with constantly complained and $itched about it being underpowered. And yes , the hydraulic system does sound like a barking dog 😂😂😂😂
