We should get comfortable in the seat and domicile we're in because we're going to be here for a while save for a base trade.

Probably so.
But I wouldn't equate interviewing/hiring with growing.
Recalls plus new hires for 2018 only nets aboutt 200 additional bodies after retirements. 200 bodies which could have been used LAST YEAR.
So far the 5 classes this year have accounted for roughly 25-30% of 2018's hiring/vacancy fill projection.
2017 only netted about 100 additional I believe.
