I’ve not met the lady currently in charge of hiring, and I’m sure she’s wonderful, but it’s sad to hear they don’t do this anymore. When Doris retired they lost a gem.

Got that call while preflighting in Kelowna, BC, in December. Never felt the cold on that walk around.

That’s unfortunate to hear that CJOs are via email. Charlie Venema called me with the job offer in early 2013.

Are there social distancing limits on class size? Going to be tough to run 190 through only 3 classes

the facilities are able to accommodate classes that large with social distancing. However, I think Colorado’s Covid rules will be rescinded by then.

Colorado doesn’t require social distancing with 100 people or less indoors.

I was in upgrade school at my regional and got the call while on the bus to the hotel.

Manly tears shed.

I was sitting in the Eagles Nest "crew room" at LAX filling out some new hires IOE paperwork. I saw the Denver area code and knew it was a good thing!

So once hired how is the training environment? Do people wash out? Is it a positive environment to help each other out? Is it an aqp program? Are the 737 and bus hard to learn coming from a regional jet? Any tips and advice to possible new hires?
