IMHO, not really. Or at least not without internal recommendations with serious horsepower.

There are simply too many candidates with significant qualifications and four year degrees out there. That will change going forward but the industry is not there....yet.

Without the degree it’s unlikely. But there are some that will hire I’m sure. Spirit, JetBlue to name a few

Recommend hunker down and get that 4 year degree. Associates is half way there. lots of universities out there will work with you. Some aviation colleges will give you credit for your ratings. CLEP, DANTE's exams, challenge classes, test out. You would be surprised what you can do. I cut out a year of college just by testing out and challenging classes.

ERAU will give you credit for your experience. Combine that with a associate degree and you probably will just need 35-40 more credits. About a year of work.
Best of luck.

Take the above advice. Just get it done and check the box. No excuse anymore as easy as it is nowadays.

As someone at UAL with only a 2 year degree I suggest making every effort to complete your 4 year degree one way or another. Even if you are fortunate enough to get hired without it there’s always the risk of furlough (trust me)... and then you’re on the street with potentially thousands of other pilots whom already have the ability to check that “4-year degree” box. Keep your app in the “hopper” but work toward the degree and keep updating your app.

As you know our hiring has been brutally slow for the past year or so. We all anxiously are awaiting the supposed hiring ramp up. Fingers crossed you finally get the call soon.

This!!! The competition is still very real.

I don’t have the TPIC he/she does, but have a 3.2 undergrad, 4.0 masters, heavy international time, tons of volunteer hours, multiple internal recs, three job fairs... crickets.
