You gotta be kidding me?

How can our process be the gold standard if pilots aren't hiring pilots. We don't let pilots, or instructors who are not on the seniority list to conduct our training, so why would we let them conduct the most important part, our hiring and selection?

Pilots haven't hired pilots in a long time. Its all a political HR battle to make sure everything is fair.

Every interviewee is interviewed by at least one line pilot during the process and pilots are part of the review board.

Hate to say it but by some of the latest newbies I've flown with, you can tell. Looks like the Hogan and HR are the only things weeding out the pack and the end results are telling.
