The more the merrier! So barring anything bad happening () and yes that's always a real possibility here. This coming year, 2018, should see the single largest net fleet growth (35 to 40 airframes) in the 20+ years that I've been paying attention.

Note #1 - The older ex-LUAL 757-200's are slated to get the NGS mod so I'm assuming all 15 airframes hang around for a bit. You would probably have had some note in the previous earnings release if they were leaving.

Note #2 - The 35 ex-LUAL 767-300's are now getting Polaris (2 are done, 3 are in HKG right now) so likewise to the above. They will probably be with us into the 2020-2025 timeframe. Polaris is a big $'s 3 month upgrade per airframe so I doubt this is short term orientated.

Out of curiosity, what kind of seniority does one need to hold IAH as an FO?

About a year or so on the 737 and 2+ on the 320.

IAH is starting to get more senior than DEN due to lack of movement and growth the last few years.

It took me six months as a new hire but my seniority keeps going backwards as people get off the 757 on the costal bases and take the 737.

They did hint at a primary vacancy for IAH for the future but our planning hasn’t been the best as of late *cough* 787 IAH.

Did anyone come to speak with the class about classes in January and beyond? Thanks!

For CommutAir there are 4 CPP candidates in this 12/5 class and I believe 2 CPP guys in the December 12th class

I gotta dig back, but I thought the 2 classes combined were 40 new hires? XJT got 10 in Dec 5 (25%), what's C5's percentage?

There were 30 in today's class alone. Don't know how many OTS or furlough returnees though.
