I got hired in April with a 2.7 GPA. Be ready to explain any negative information including grades. I'm currently in the CJO pool and in the last couple weeks things have started to break loose. There is a large class on 13 Nov followed by several more before the end of the year. Indications are that interviews will be starting again as well

A good bit under 3.0 also but a lot of other "meat" on the resume. The major wasn't basketweaving and the school was tough to get into. It never even came up, though I was prepared to talk about it.
That being said, I'm also confident it didn't fast track the process of getting a call, so no question it's not a "plus".

100% not an issue. Beef up the rest of the resume if you can to increase the odds that they will select you sooner. Once you are selected to interview.. They want to hire you.

United has been my dream job, just upgraded at my regional and finally hit the submit button for my application, my dad works here and i know a few at united for a internal rec through my dad, just want to make sure im doing this all correct, when getting a internal rec, just enter their email onto that link on the airlineapps site? There isnt something like within the united network for them to fill out?
