no - in a nutshell it maxes out at year 9 and whatever you can hold in the right seat.

So does that mean that they get paid at the 752 rate, 753/763 rate, or the 764 rate? In the 756 category, there are four different rates. You have the 752, 753/763, 764, and blended (which is higher than all but the 764).

Starting Dec 20th there are DAILY nonstops from Den to LIH, KOA, and OGG for sale at United.com. On the 756. Check Jan, Feb, March....They're in there. With all nighters back. 21 weekly round trips to HI versus the 2 or 3 that the 756 does now. It doesn't make sense to cover them with out of base crews, thus the new base. SO, I'm pretty sure that if you bid this jet in Den, HI will be in your future.

sorry - if you're talking sim instructors it's literally "whatever you can hold"... so for 99 or 100% (probably 100%?) of instructors currently, it's widebody right seat pay based.

I wish they gave us an idea of the flying before the bid. I would assume the reserve guys would get shipped around the system to cover other bases flying, which might be the only way to fly the 76...

Instructors are paid at 90 hours at what they're seniority can hold up to a cap of 9th year wide body F/O pay. It matters not one bit what your supplemental paper bid happens to be. For instance, my supplemental paper bid is 756 Captain in SFO. I am paid the 9th year 777/787/400 F/O hourly rate at 90 hours.

They need to staff another 5 to 6 DEN 756 Captains to staff the seat support rides they keep pushing to IAH, SFO, LAX, and EWR. Now, DEN can support the TK training events that need staffing.
