The share holders are gonna need a pretty large tube of preparation H if Kirby starts trying to compete with these ULCCs. United stock is gonna tank.

Hmmmm. I think we buy a 100 seater and staff it with these expressjet dudes, all of which will be ecstatic since Skywest keeps growing and they keep shrinking thinking their careers are doomed.
1) It would require a rewrite to the XJT CPP since it's limited to how many come from it. Add in that, AFAIK, the AWAC CPP language hasn't been released yet as far as what they're to make up of new hire numbers.

2) Per the new 5 year CPA that UCH just inked with XJT, XJT (ERJ/UAX) is no longer shrinking. And the soon to be former CRJ DelCon pilots that transition to the ERJ/UAX side as well as the transitioned CR7 pilots aren't all eligible right away.

[QUOTE=NomadLivin;2413600]Well ya stomp the rectum apparently.[/QUOTE

I'm a 7 year CA in the training department... I've watched negotiations drag for the better part of three years... a UAL buyout (even with ALPA integration language) would almost certainly put me back in the right seat and take my letter away... and at 7 year narrowbody pay it would STILL be a raise...and probably a wash on QOL (some ignorant people here think we have industry leading QOL... HA) one thing spirit is fabulous at is maintaining LOW costs and they can do it indefinitely while the big 3 take losses on "economy" seats...would make sense for Oscar to write a check and let that be the Preparation H to his rectal itch...

Those are great for a conspiracy theory... but do they file one of those with every 10Q? When was the last time a confidential order was requested with a 10Q?
