Growing the whole airline by 4% while mainline is also taking back an additional 2% of regional capacity = 6%. Roughly 12500 pilots total right now. 6% would roughly mean 750 pilots for growth + 400 a year for retirements/medicals = 1150 pilots a year.

We also haven't been hiring much since may of 16 when we started shipping sims from IAH. It could happen IMO.

My best friend’s sister’s boyfriend’s brother’s girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who’s going with a girl said hiring is going to take off in the fall. I guess it’s pretty serious.

TK is a ghost town. They didn't build that place and advertise for new 73 PIs so they can have more folks not flying the line.

1200? Believe it when I see it. 6-800? Sure.
