Clearly summer block hours increase as every airlines do , but to say we're over staffed , I've been called every single day on my day off for VDO flying , Every single day I say. And in some cases 3 times in a day . Airbus EWR.

Maybe once the training is done for all the displaced guys .

Sadly not living in base I don't act on these calls unless they are willing to fly me out of my home to get me to base, depending how desperate they are.

We have 4 more 777-300ERs, 5 more 787-9s, atleast 1 787-10 another 10-15 A319s, 4 737-800, and the start of the 737-9.

We are barely making it through this summer. If they think just replacing retired pilots is going to do it they are in for a rude awakening.
Low line values and no senior man days for my fleet this summer. What bases and fleets are seeing senior man and high line values?

All of the reserve utilization and manpower metrics are on flying together. We seem to be fine for June and July manpower wise with the exception of the airbus fleet. Of course the stats can be juked.

In Chicago, 90 credit line last month, 93 credit line this month, assigned. Senior manning most weekend days.

However in the winter I was dropping whatever I wanted...

Yeah just check open time right AFTER the awards come out. You'll see tons of open trips at most 737 hubs.

I have found that in the contract, and I'm currently at 93:48 for the August bid period without doing anything to my schedule... PDR time!

Update: I was using the number under pay on crew companion, which has always been accurate for me. I looked at the pay register and it's only 86. I can't figure out why CC is so off.
