AA scope wouldn't allow 190s at the regionals. Theres a 76 seat/86,000 pound weight limit. I think it's 86k.
There's only 250ish 190 pilots. With 15,000 pilots parking the 190s won't create much of a ripple.

The whole 100 seat jet thing never seems to pan out. I don't think Air Canada or Jetblue are in love with their 190's, and now American. They didn't sell a huge number of E-190's.
I remember years ago (more than 10) reading an aviation article about 100 seaters. I said every time somebody buys 100 seaters, they are exactly the wrong size. Fokkers, the small DC-9's etc. The C-series isn't exactly setting the world on fire with massive orders. They spent so much money developing it, they can't afford to discount it to compete with Boeing and Airbus.
I think the new SNB's will be 319's or 737-700's. NEO's or Max's.

Probably true but the only problem with your theory is the ORD staff that ran the Dr Dao show were all mainline employees. Regional crew had zero to do with it.

The only mainline employee invovled was the gate agent. Republic created the whole situation, and by Uniteds own report the dead head crew demanding boarding once boarding had been completed after their earlier flight had cancelled.

This could've easily have happened on mainline if Dao was on a mainline flight instead of a regional. It's not like involuntary denied boardings never happen on mainline. The DH crew issue would've been the same if they showed up to a mainline flight as well.
