Vacancy 17-09V

For those that don't see the set up here you'll see it soon. Your over exuberance is a key part of the master plan. HQ is going to want to cash in that equity in the form of over exuberance for the purchase of a contract provision or two. And some of you will fall for it.
Watch.
Watch.
However you are correct that some will fall for it......we all know who they are.

Yeah yeah Iv seen that game before Iv never ran for the carrot, I just laugh in their face. We're not there yet, not even close, so I'm optimistic exuberance isn't the right word for it.

Hope I don't sound negative. I'm simply even. Just making an observation.

This latest MOAB (Mother of All Bids) had roughly 550 surpluses attributed to the closure of the B747 category as well as the closing of the NYC M88 and CVG M88 categories. However, the company also posted 2,000 vacancies in expectation of retirements and fleet growth (adding of the DTW A350 category plus 737-900 and A321 delieveries).
There will likely be a clean-up vacancy bid in the fall which will also include the first CSeries vacancies. That will have a shorter conversion/training window and, in all likelihood, some of those awardees could be trained/converted before the ones who were just awarded this past week. Crazy huh?
