Has anyone recently (within the last six months) had a CP interview with a followed interview?

I had one in ORD in November. I was told it's not a matter of if I get called, but when. I've been told that at every job fair for the last two years though, so.....

I recently had a M&G. Great experience, definitely solidified my desire to work at United. Prior to this, I was told through a contact that my app was in the “preferred applicant” pile. Hopefully this M&G puts it over to the Hogan email group, but who knows.

How does one go about getting one of these meet and greets? Only for a select few?

Each base CP is allowed two/month, so they are pretty difficult to get. It took me a couple years of networking to finally get one.

I did one six months ago and this CP didn’t do the sponsor thing. There were a few of us sitting in a conference room. We met a bunch of people so be prepared for lots of small chat. One by one we had a super informal one on one with the CP. I made a point of staying until the end and talking to EVERYONE no matter who they were. Bring resumes and a copy of your application because they will likely ask to look at it. Good luck! It’ll put you in an elite pile. And of course wear your suit!

Did a meet in greet earlier this month in ord as well. Very laid back, was told business casual, just a get to know you and your background and your sponsors background. Talk about your resume, chit chat etc. about 45 minutes long and then had a recommendation in my airlineapps about a week later.

Has anyone that had a CP M&G, lets say within the last 12 months, received a Hogan invite on this latest round that is going out now, so probably within the last month or so.
