He did sign off on how the military pilots were treated pre and post merger. All of those CP's, and ACP's that were given marching orders by Abbott ultimately got guidance from this guy. He had to be the guy signing off on the requirement to provide LES's, and the other shananagans that were going on in this area. Maybe him and Jeffrey Wall were on the same page. Not really sure.
