I hope not. I take my family to Hawaii on United 737's. I wish it were a wide body... but I'm happy to go either way.

Actually I think this thread has been about identifying "Da best" as a troll.

It doesn't matter anymore. We suck because we can celestial navigate a B720 across the Pacific and we're soon to be replaced by either NAI or robots.

Solution, don't get all huffy about a plane that has been around a long time, but when UAL's president ask's "what do you all think about the 737?" Answer him. Ain't just pilots that agree on the overstretch and wrong routes for the 37. Just watch the new pres unplugged and hear it for yourself.
I drive airplanes not purchase them. If you need help on whether or not to accept or refuse an airplane, call your Rep. Otherwise I will help you at the UAL A380 CA hourly rate.

Oh yea, I will tell him its loud and cramped...not sure what that has do to with our viability as a company though. Tell him its used on the wrong routes? Based on what? Based on what you wished you could fly? I'm sure he was being nice but doesn't give a flip about what know it all pilots think about what plane should be flying what route.

What? He doesn't need me to tell him it is not used on the correct routes. I think he may listen to the Premium travelers that tell him it is loud and cramped.
You may be right about being nice, but it is fact that 61 guppies are deferred. So apparently he gives a flip about being stuck w more old designed 37s for some reason...might want to listen, our reps have and have expressed positive reaction so far to his comments on what will make us more viable.

Sat next to a 1k today who filled my ears on what a miserable experience the guppy is. Wanted to know why we kept buying new ones.
