If just one of these cases falls through the cracks there is going to be a DFR lawsuit. The IBT wanted it, now they got it. Good luck boys. The Local 357 better come up with a plan and quick or they are going to find themselves filling an enormous void. The entire thing is really sad if you ask me.

"A" DFR lawsuit....... more like "to numerous to count" 357 better have some cheep lawyers

Well, at this moment you are part of the same pilot group. I dont care what you think will happen in the future. You are a teamster and part of the Republic family that includes those horrible commuter pilots. Welcome to the family.

Im curious, how many F9 guys have their resumes out or plan to have them out when other places start hiring? I have honestly never run into another RAH pilot who did not want out the second they could. Most guys think they can afford to wait until a decent carrier will hire. One guy even left to eagle recently...

If (big IF) f9 is still being funded in part by the FFD side of RAH in the future, and when there is a mass exodus of pilots leaving from the RAH side, where will they get the money to keep f9 or RAH operating? Do the F9 pilots have "faith" in Bedford to somehow figure out how to run an airline by then? What Im getting at is that if the operations are kept together sharing the same money, once the retirements, plus the 1500 minimum hiring requirement kicks in, RAH will have a very hard time find qualified applicants to fly on the FFD side. In effect, reducing total RAH revenue significantly enough to endanger the F9 operation. Im sure this wont register with anyone on here but Ive always wondered what might happen. As and RAH pilot, it seems to me the f9 side MUST be spun off to survive long term; because the FFD side wont be making money for the long term. Especially when we have 100 pilots per month leaving here in about 3 years....

I think that was part of what Bryan meant way back when, when he said the FFD is a "melting ice cube." No insult or negative vibes intended.

It might be melting. The 145 stuff will definitely go away. The 170 stuff appears to be pretty popular though. Bedford not bidding on a new ffd contract though goes along with trying to get rid of the q400s. It makes no sense
