100% confident the teamsters are going to win.

100% confident the teamsters are going to win by an OVERWHELMING MAJORITY.

100% confident that the current FAPA leadership stands a snowballs chance of ever holding union office again.

Frontier Pilots, you should be completely embarrassed at the concept of RPC and how your union leadership is conducting their "campaign."

I am not pro teamsters. I am pro-whatever is best for this place, for ALL of the pilots on the INTEGRATED seniority list. IBT, at the moment, is the only logical choice.

Your dues dollars will go much further with ALPA because ALPA has the infrastructure in place, and decades of experience representing pilots, whereas your in-house will be starting from scratch. Look no further than USAPA. That is a train wreck. The RPC will join the pile. Don't make that mistake; join the 50,000+ brothers and sisters in the Air Line Pilots Association. Not 3,000 pilots trying to go it alone with inadequate resources.
ALPA has it's own mess of issues. Interest for ALPA on the RAH side is low. They need to figure out that you can't represent mainline and the groups they outsource to effectively.

Agreed, certainly ALPA has it's own issues; however, the ability to represent both mainline and regional is not one of them. This is about representing ALL airline pilots, regardless of what they're flying. No other airline union represents airline pilots as effectively as ALPA.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of people that feel the same anonymity towards the IBT.

Yet another reason why the RPC is the right structure for this property.

I find it a tad bit interesting that you feel that you know what's best for ALL pilots on the INTEGRATED list. You really meant to say IBT, didnt you?

None the less, we are working on solving this problem. You will probably get to keep your IBT for as long as you want. Good luck to you and your CBA negotiations. I wish you the best.

And good luck to you and your Brethren in your job search when this whole thing goes up in smoke if you get your way. As long as IBT wins on the 28th you're still getting integrated, sorry to say. Pretty sure enough votes have been cast to seal your fate already. Just foolish for you guys to give anything back at all. Now who's acting like regional pilots? Good faith, give me a break.

Slum, good luck to the 300 or more RAH pilots that will get furloughed as well. I believe we have 60 days after the vote is over before the list is implemented.

Actually, Eischen stated that an "implementation agreement" should be in place by the 60th day.

This is not the same as implementation.

This is also the subject of a lawsuit, as Eischen overreached his authority by adding a time limit where one currently does not exist.

Contrary to what the IBT is stating, even if the 60 limit remains, the 61st day will merely require an agreement on how we implement, not full implementation. Bedford has made it painfully clear that he wants the ops to remain separate. It will be interesting to see what the implementation agreement will look like.

That list is coming, it's like a freight train that can't be stopped. Your fence is going to screw you into the wall more than anything else will.

May I ask how the fence is going to screw me? The way I see it I am definitely screwed without the fence and am screwed in seven years with the fence. I would like your opinion on why I am screwed more with the fence? Do you not believe that the 190's and a bunch of the 135-145's will go away with the demise of Frontier? Along with those planes goes your pilots. But that is a sacrifice you are willing to take. I bet you are not one of those pilots at the bottom of your list.
