Default USAPA and Cactus 1549

Any USAPA members who can attest to how well organized USAPA is for handling accident investigations? Do they lease services from ALPA like some other non-ALPA airlines?

After my initial feelings of relief and awe for the flight crew, I too wondered about how well the pilots will be protected through all of this.

It was a truly great day for airline pilots and a good reminder to the importance of what we do.

Probably not the best time to bring up the USAPA debate.

If there is one thing ALPA has going for them vs. the multitude of issues they fail at, its protecting crews through accident investigations.

Once I heard everyone made it out OK my next thought was, "How is USAPA armed to handle this problem?"

I thought it too as I was watching MSNBC.
