they are also forgetting that when the call us, they think they are talking to a fresh 121 guy right out of instructing.

Can someone tell me if the CQFO's that are on reserve right now (on the IAD captain reserve list) making captain guarantee or are they making the blended rate guarantee. If you are on the captain reserve list as a CQ you should be making full captain pay correct?

Yes, the CQFOs on the CA reserve list are paid CA pay the entire month for everything. Next month on the FO list, they will be paid the blended rate except for the time in the left seat.
