So is growing your fleet by a factor of 3. There are many of us who thought they should've pushed back on the AAG flying and taken the 35 UA aircraft before agreeing to any additional growth.
Like I said though, as far as hiring, they still haven't had to offer incentives to get close to hiring goals which is surprising. That will most likely not be the case come September. They are going to struggle to meet their goals especially with GJ, PSA, and Mesa hiring for growth with new Ejets/900s. I think the last Compass flows go this year too.

I'm getting my days off now because I think Junior Manning will be the phrase of the fall. We all hope they have this all planned out and aren't like kids cut loose in a candy shop.
What's going on at Envoy that's going to open the wound more?

I noticed which is also why I've been less aggressive

Also, the union met with AAG(Isom and Hashimoto) a few weeks back to discuss our bleeding. The management cronies agreed something needed to be done immediately, left, and we have heard nothing since. Pretty obvious envoy is a company set to lose 97 airplanes in the next few years and only gain 40. Even senior FOs I fly with are bailing now.

The reserve grid is Perpetually at zero, day of. There are a bunch of Captains on IOE but according to the company, a lot of the dulles flying is shifting to Den in May. So that should lighten the load.

With the way scheduling has been burning reserves that is no surprise. Gotta watch them some of these new schedulers are not the sharpest tool in the shed....
