What kind of questions about training? From reading these threads I can say plan on 90 days until completion of training, budget for 60 hours of pay at first year FO pay ($44/hr), and plan on double occupancy hotel during that time. You are issued your badge early and added to CASS.
If you interviewed for the CQFO spot then you've been through regional training before, so plan for it to be similar.

$24/hr. You aren't paid a blended rate until completion of OE.

There are around 480-500 on property right now so probably 350 more to basically staff it. They haven't added incentives like at GJ and I would imagine they'll need to at least match that but most likely will need to do more to attract that many pilots.
I would be shocked if they don't add a bonus and/or go to the Union for compensation increases by mid-summer.

So is growing your fleet by a factor of 3. There are many of us who thought they should've pushed back on the AAG flying and taken the 35 UA aircraft before agreeing to any additional growth.
Like I said though, as far as hiring, they still haven't had to offer incentives to get close to hiring goals which is surprising. That will most likely not be the case come September. They are going to struggle to meet their goals especially with GJ, PSA, and Mesa hiring for growth with new Ejets/900s. I think the last Compass flows go this year too.
