I'm SHOCKED that those same people who tried to jump the line by not waiting for an upgrade at their airline were unhappy that they weren't given weekends off with 15 days off a month and a line. SHOCKED. It's not my fault they didn't do research about this place. There is plenty of resources online that would have provided them with accurate details. What, exactly, were they lied to about? That it only took 9 months to hold a Captain bid? Or that they would get a blended rate and Captain rate when they flew in the left seat?

I know plenty of CQs. Some are fine people. Others complained about EVERYTHING. Listen, this place isn't perfect. There are problems here and they are painfully exposed as we've grown. As a whole, though, I've been happy here. I'm sorry that you aren't. No, I'm not sorry. You made the choice now you have to live with it. I did my research and, not surprisingly, things have worked out swimmingly for me.

Talked to a guy heading to HOU for sims last month. He said classes are running 6 or less, 2x month. They had 1 training failure out of his 6.
I haven't tryed to figure the actual # of pilots on property cuz it seems that we are hemorrhaging from the bottom, if not from the top, so I'm not sure seniority number on the monthly bid means much.
Troll spoiler: Yes I have vested interest in attracting more new hires, yada-yada. Just stating facts.
What part of training did they fail in? And why did one quit /get fired

Well on to PBS....Heard a rumor they want to have the LOA out next week....they are negotiating right now....

Great news for new hires. If you timed it right, you will receive 35K first year + 10k sign on bonus. That's 45K first year. And a quick upgrade to boot. Three more years of stability and growth.

Fail: Oral/Sim Prep
Quit: High paying, non-flying job w/o the BS to rtn to.
Fired: Pi$$ing contest w/ management.
